Regulations of the Aquum Spa Center

The Aquum Spa is a space dedicated to rest and relaxation, where respect for all guests and staff is essential. To ensure everyone can fully enjoy our facilities, we have established the following rules:

REMEMBER!

• Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to enter.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (maximum 3 children per adult).
• Adults responsible for children must ensure their safety and that their behavior does not cause disturbance to other users, and are responsible for their actions outside of designated areas for children.
• Access to the Aquum Club area is permitted for those aged 16 and over.
• Access to animals is prohibited.

ACCESS IS PROHIBITED WITH:

• Cameras.
• Floats, inflatables or objects that represent a danger (glass, metal or any other that can break or fall).
• Food and drinks.
• Casts, bandages, or any type of visible healing.
• Open wounds or sutures.
• People with contagious illnesses, such as colds, flu, or other similar illnesses.
• Mobile phones inside the premises.

ACCESS TO THE WATER AREA:

• Suitable swimsuit:

• Men: Boxer or briefs.
• Women: Bikini or swimsuit.

• Swimming caps are required. Caps, headscarves, shower caps, and other similar accessories are not permitted.
• Towels, bathrobes, slippers, and personal belongings should only be left in designated areas.
• Access is prohibited with bags, purses, toiletry bags or other prohibited accessories.

RULES FOR USE WITHIN THE FACILITIES:

• It is mandatory to shower before and after using any facility, service or effect.
• Only previously scheduled physical exercises are allowed.
• Shaving and personal hygiene are not permitted outside of designated areas.
• Running or diving into the pools is prohibited.
• Access the pools only through designated areas, always respecting other users.
• Please remain quiet and respect the rules, the facilities, and other users.
• Follow the specific instructions for each facility or service. If you have any questions, please consult our staff.
• Please leave the water area 30 minutes before the facilities close.
• The company is not responsible for the loss or theft of items stored in the lockers, which should not be used to store jewelry, money, or valuables.
• The company is not responsible for incidents arising from improper use of the facilities (falls, bumps, slips, etc.).

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Severe heart, peripheral vascular or respiratory diseases.
• Presence of open wounds.
• Contagious infections such as the flu or colds.
• Severe liver disorders.
• Acute illnesses, with or without fever.
• States of extreme weakness.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Avoid using the facilities without taking adequate rest time after meals.
• Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or in cases of history of premature birth or other medical complications.

TERMS OF USE:
Access to the facility implies acceptance of this contract and compliance with the regulations. Any breach or improper use may result in immediate cancellation of entry, exempting the company from any liability.
